3.Continuous test to check the working compressive strength, current load, air pressure strength, oil pressure, running-in conditions of moving components, detailed records and archives for easy inspection and improvement;

4. During continuous testing, monitor the wearing parts of the equipment and count the wear frequency to facilitate after-sale maintenance.

Third, other acceptance of non-standard automation equipment

1.Whether the device meets the requirements of the technical agreement;

2. Whether the equipment structure is reasonable, including but not limited to whether they interfere with each other during motion control, whether the servo motor output matches, and whether there is a risk of rigidity in the structure;

3. Safety assessment, for example: in the case of a sudden power failure, can all the motion modules of the equipment stop immediately to avoid injury to the operator; and when the equipment is in operation, personnel enter the dangerous area and there are corresponding safety measures.
