How to maintain non-standard robot

In order to effectively use the non-standard manipulators produced by our company for a long time and avoid mechanical failures and accidents, the non-standard manipulators must be checked regularly.

The tightness of each bolt and nut is due to the long-term high-speed fierce impact, and the loosening of the screw and nut is the most important reason for the failure of the manipulator.

1) Tighten the mounting bolts of the limit switches for up, down, back and forth, travel, and products;

2) Confirm the tightness of the mounting bolts of the air control cabinet and electric control cabinet of the running body and the tightness of the relay signal terminal connection in the cabinet;

3) The tightness of each baffle and braking device.

4) Lubrication of various friction parts;

Regularly add lubricating grease, please refer to the periodic inspection periodic table for the maintenance period;

5) Dirty cleaning of the surface of guide rails and running rails

Due to the accumulation of wear marks, oil stains, and dust on the track surface, the up and down, front and rear guide rails, and the track surface, which affects the normal and effective operation of the machine, regular cleaning and maintenance are required. In addition, if there are scars after the impact on the surface of the guide rail, please replace it with a new one in time;

6) Synchronous belt running check

 When the upper and lower shafts are running at high speed, visually check the connection status and tension of the drive belt, check whether the belt is worn and whether there is a "friction zone".

If the above phenomenon exists, please replace it as soon as possible.

7) The inspection of the towline and the bellows of each axis confirm that there is no friction with other parts during operation, and no aging and damage are visually inspected.

8) Broken air hose for piping

Damage and aging of the air hose can cause abnormal air pressure (air flow). If there is air leakage from each connector or air hose, please replace it in time.

Confirmation of filter pressure reducing valve;

9) Because of the unavoidable accumulation of moisture in the air due to long-term use, it is necessary to periodically perform drainage treatment, and at the same time visually check whether the air pressure value is normal and stable.
